The 21st Annual Eastern Grace Bible Conference will be held from Saturday, June 19 to Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the Mountaindale Conference center (maps).
HOUSING INFORMATION Local Cabins/Motel: We have made arrangements to rent several cabins for the week of the conference.
The cabins can sleep 4 singles, 2 couples or a family of up to 6. The motel has 9
rooms with various configurations. Please note that the motel is of only fair quality.
If you prefer national chain quality we recommend the Super 8 listed below. We will
handle all reservations and arrangements for these facilities. Simply send your registration
forms to us. The cost of staying in the cabins and motel is $16.00/person/night ($8.00/night
for children aged 3- Super 8 Motel: We have reserved a block of rooms at the Super 8 Motel at the Frankstown Road Exit of Interstate 99 in Altoona. The cost is $60/night for a double room with an occupancy of up to 4 people. We will handle all reservations and arrangements for this hotel. Simply send your registration forms to us. At the Grace Alive Conference Grounds: You are welcome to camp in a tent or camper on the Grace Alive Ministries property for $10.00 per family per night. We DO NOT have water or sanitary hookups for RV's. We DO have showers and restroom facilities available for your use in the conference center. The phone number at Grace Alive Ministries is 1- MEALS Meals will be available throughout the conference on the Grace Alive conference grounds.
The first meal served will be supper on Saturday and the last will be breakfast on
Friday. The cost of the meals is as follows: Breakfast- There are restaurants in the area, as well as grocery stores, if you prefer to purchase your meals off the grounds. A listing of these facilities will be provided at the conference. If you have any special housing or dietary needs, please contact us in advance. We will be happy to do all we can to accommodate you. CLASSES FOR CHILDREN AND 'TEENS Ages 0- Ages 4- Teens - RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES The beautiful mountains of central PA provide numerous opportunities for sight seeing and recreation. During free time in the conference schedule, please feel free to take advantage of these opportunities. A listing of local attractions will be available at the conference. In addition to "on your own" recreation, there will be planned activities for the children and teens each day during the afternoon seminar session. Activities will include softball, volleyball, roller skating, bowling, and miniature golf. There is no charge for your children to participate in these activities. We will also have a family day at a local amusement park on Tuesday afternoon. The
