Contributions made to Grace Alive’s Philippian Club support the following outreach programs:
Grace Alive Weekly Cable TV Program: The Grace Alive TV program airs weekly on cable systems in Altoona, Pennsylvania and Albany, New York. With continued increase in membership, our hope is to expand its outreach to broadcast and satellite television to reach a larger audience.
The website: When the Philippian Club was first conceived, the Internet was in its infancy and certainly wasn’t viewed as the primary means to reach the world with the message of grace. How times have changed! Now an effective and user-friendly web site can take the message of God’s grace around the world in a very cost effective manner.
Mountaindale Conference Center: Many Grace Believers’ Conferences have been held at the Mountaindale Conference Center.  The conference center is also the location of the studio where our TV program is produced and the offices where all Grace Alive Administrative activities are carried out.
Paul commended the church at Philippi, for the way they had supported the work of his ministry financially, even when he was not ministering in their city.
Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. Philippians 4:15-17
The church at Philippi was one of those that saw fit to take up a collection for the “poor saints at Jerusalem”.
But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints. “For it hath pleased them of Macedonia [Philippi is located in Macedonia] and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. Romans 15:25,26
The church at Philippi was concerned, not just with the ministry of grace within the four walls of their own church building, or even their own city, but also to the “regions beyond”. Their desire was the all men might learn the truth of God’s glorious grace and they did more than just hope that it would happen. They put their resources to work to make that hope be realized. By communicating with Paul as concerning giving and receiving they supported the message of grace beyond the city of Philippi. Members of the Philippian Club continue the spirit and practice of the Philippians of Paul’s day by supporting the message of Grace Alive beyond the walls of our local churches and our home towns. The spirit of the Philippians lives on in the members of the Grace Alive Philippian Club!
Your ongoing contribution as a member of the Philippian Club will allow us to “Preach the word” and take the message of salvation to a lost world.
