Spiritual Children of Abraham do not received the physical blessings of the nation Israel.
Israel will indeed eventually inherit those blessing when the new covenant is put in place at the return of Christ. They will received these blessings because they were promised to them, not because of anything our country or any other country does for them.
God will perform this for His own namesake.
