To make all men see….. Ephesians 3:9

Why I Am No Longer a Dispensationalist

If the theological definition of “a dispensation,” that it is how God is dealing with mankind during a certain age or period of time, then from Adam until the resurrection of Christ would have to be called the dispensation of the forbearance of God.

Romans 3:24-25 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

God’s dealings with mankind has always been faith, nothing else.

A dispensation of the gospel was committed unto Paul. Paul dispensed it. That dispensation has been dispensed. We have it. It is called the gospel of the grace of God. We don’t live within the made-up theological definition of a dispensation. We live by the gospel of the grace of God. It is complete and completely dispensed to us by our Apostle as it was given to him.
